Our commitment
This page is maintained by Thin Red Line Firearms LLC to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and booking process. It describes the controls we have chosen to enable and the practices we follow as a small business. It is not an independent certification or audit report.
Secure access
Administrative pages and customer data are protected by authenticated accounts. We use role-based access for admin functions and do not share login credentials. Session management is handled by our identity provider.
Payment handling
Card payments are processed by Authorize.Net, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you enter your card on our checkout page, the card number is tokenized directly in your browser by Authorize.Net's Accept.js. Your full card number, CVV, and expiry never pass through our application server, and we do not store card numbers.
Platform and hosting
This site is hosted on Lovable's managed platform, which provides HTTPS encryption in transit, automated security patches, and infrastructure monitoring. Lovable handles platform-level security; we manage the content, booking policies, and customer data you share with us.
Data we collect
When you book a class, we collect your name, email, phone number, and booking details so we can confirm your reservation, contact you about schedule changes, and maintain our class records. We may also collect photos or testimonials when you choose to provide them.
Retention and deletion
We keep booking and customer records for business and tax purposes. If you would like us to update or remove your personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will handle your request as allowed by applicable law and legitimate business needs.

If you have a security concern, privacy question, or suspect a problem with our site, please reach out to Bobby directly at bobby@thinredlinefirearms.com. We read every message and will investigate legitimate reports promptly.
Your responsibility
Please keep your booking confirmation and account details private. When you visit our site, use a modern browser and a secure network. If you believe someone has used your information without permission, let us know immediately.
